Bumstead, who won his sixth Mr. Olympia title in the Classic Physique category in October 2024, announced his retirement following this victory. However, he decided to make one more appearance, this time in a category without weight limits. “Everyone keeps saying I have a good physique and should try competing, so I thought I’d give it a go. Just one more ride for fun, to give people what they want,” Bumstead said on his Instagram.
