Formula 1 driver Alex Albon has signed a new multi-year contract with the Williams team. The team announced this on their website, ending speculation that he might transfer to Red Bull or Mercedes when his contract expires in 2025.
The Thai driver entered Formula 1 five years ago with the Toro Rosso team. He then drove for Aston Martin, where he achieved two third-place finishes in 2020, which remain his best results in Formula 1. He has been with Williams since 2022.
